Yes goodevening i wasnt able to find out on the website my age class at all if i wanted to compete in april would i be able to?? Im 26years old and i wieght 148lbs the 67.5kg class but after 24yr old it goes straight to 33 years old?? Are 26 yr old allowed?? Also if u make the top 20 lifters paige regarding the rank from 1-20 u still get a certificate right??

    • Gene Rychlak says:

Lifters between the ages of 23-32 are considered “Open” and lift in the Open class. However the Open class is open to lifters of all ages. It is just set up that the Younger & Older lifters have a “age=specific” category they can compete in ( if they wish) since ages 26-32 are at a higher level of ability ( so to speak ) .

Yes, certificates can be purchased for Top 20 rankings along with World & State records.

Is there a question you’re asking ??? Because Notification is not necessary, You probably misread the requirement in the RPS Rulebook. Only ALL-TIME World Record attempts require 30 days Notification, NOT Federation records. Thank you for taking the time to send us this message .
